Though it is a Singapore movie, it is so real, so close to our life in Hong Kong. The story and the problems are exactly what we are having in Hong Kong.
Quite a touching story between a Philippines maid, a very naughty Singapore boy and his parents. What a serious impact of world economic crisis in 1997 to the world and our life ! Life was so tough during the crisis ! The ending is a bit sad !
Wonder if we were still using typewriter in 1997 ?
Worth watching !
