The background is in Dallas in 1985. Based on a true story of an AIDS patient who fought for survival and fought against FDA who was really selfish and not human at all ! AIDS changed Matthew's life and his life style completely! How Matthew McConaughey changed his attitude over gay and how he helped the AIDS patients. His love story was beautiful too.
