This is actually a very good thread that Ghost hing sets up.  a place where we share our workflows.

so here we are, the before and after shots using the workflow i mentioned above.

尼一張"尋郎記"...人像相，汁相亦好簡單。巴士外過光，用LR將highlight - 49。因為焦點係小朋友訓覺樣，想突出D佢面既圓碌碌感覺，再將暗位強化少, 氣氛再好D。MM 既灰階分佈，更順滑明顯，Dark -24。最後加少少detail， clarity +7... 起貨.....(話事話，其實吾汁都得，都係手痕...)

其實原本之前都想係舊墟做尼個post，不過果度氣氛又吾太好，提吾起勁同大家去研究下lor...

I like Ghost's delicacy in MM processing.  I tried to mimic but didnt succeed.

唉， 咁又係。 見到呢道一路上愈搞愈好， 多得眾師兄和admin 和版主的熱誠和努力。  光明之路不遠了

edward hing 相信一兩個月後，尼到會更熱鬧，一群有熱誠既人聚集，天南地北，影影相，開開玩笑，又點會聚集吾到各方賢仕加入呢?

okay..
here is the direct DNG to Jpeg

then I did these adjustments in LR using my protocol set-up (sort of...):
- increase exposure +0.5
- increase contrast +30
- decrease highlights - 40
- increase shadows +30
- increase white +30
- decrease black -30

then slightly adjust curve to a minor S shape

However, I personally like it more 激情, so I import to SEP and apply my own preset.  

But of course, this is just a 5 min job as I mentioned in my earlier post.  But if I am serious I would spend more time to play with the blown away sky and the shadow of the tree background.
