I cant tell if this is real or not. But I did some searching seems this original Leitz 19mm filters are so rare.

呢塊filter吾知點用,好似係warm filter,試過影彩色菲林,加一級,出黎效果暖少少.

L G Balfour Co, it seems a souvenir company in USA (found in Google), For this pin, so I guess they also distributed in US before.
