I believe DR has the 50/2 v2 optics but don't know DR has 2 versions. Do you mind sharing the information?

Yes DR has the same optic design as 50/2 v2, 2nd version is basically the same as the first version of DR and there is only minor change on the fitting of the google

if you want 50/2 fit on your leica digital, get second version not DR
