作者簡介:
鍾泳麟於本港鐘錶評論界的地位，堪稱教父級，他與同是鐘錶收藏家兼評論家的李英豪與古鎮煌，於七、八十年代可說是鼎足三立，而那時亦是瑞士鐘錶業的最低潮。時至今天，唯獨Alain的地位歷久不衰，留下有關名錶介紹和評論的著作多逾三十本，均是本港錶壇豐富遺產，其貢獻無可估量。鍾泳麟早於15歲便開始其收藏之旅，對各式各樣的珍貴藏品均有濃烈興趣，尤以鐘錶及墨水筆是其強項；另方面，他對生活品味亦有追求，是葡萄酒與美食專家。他於13年前創辦的《名錶論壇》雙月刊，成為中港最權威的錶評雜誌，其出版的《名錶新知》、《時間‧藝術》、《頭等客》及《進口手錶年鑑》，均是這領域的翹楚。
