Rare Al USSR Helios-44 58/2 Biotar Copy M39 Version with M42 Adapter

It is easy and cheap to find a black late model in M42 mount. This one is the early one (80's) with alumimum barrel in M39 mount. A M39 to M42 adapter and the original front cap are included so it can be used on many cameras today. 75/1.5 is expensive (I will post one Exaktar version later) and this is a good alternative for Zeiss Biotar.

From internet resource, it is the "八羽怪", i.e. 8 pieces of aperture blade. The commonly found black M42 version has 6 pieces. Some early version has 13-blade?? Google for more samples of this lens. Welcome to test on your own DC first. M42 to NEX adapter is available for testing.

In USSR standard, this one is in very good condition. Has some light wipe marks here and there. Smooth operation for both focusing and aperture setting.
