Need lessons on LR sharpening

Sirs,
I have never really played with the sharpening setting in LR seriously.

Does anyone have some usual settings you can teach me?

ie. settings for:
Amount
Radius
Detail
Masking

You could hold the "Option" key while adjusting the sharpening bars to see the effect.

除了上面 youtube 所講的 overall sharpening, 还有局部針对性做銳化的 sharpening with adj.brush, 和最後因應不同輸出需要(大小和媒体)時所做的 sharpening when export..... 3件事都一樣重要.
後2者对我來說更重要.
