Damn this is my target now... please tell me more.. which model to get?

I am using Marantz 7 + 9 + 10B + B&W 802 Diamond and all connected with Kondo Silver RCA and SP and PC.

Very well said.

The most difficult part is that it has to be adjusted and re-adjusted from time to time to keep the setup in tip top condition.

Linn 的 LP12 无疑是个好盘，特别是听 vocal 及小品，非常到位。但 set up 就较烦，而且亦有一般软盘的特性，需要不时作点微调，以维持在最佳状况。相对来说，重身硬盘比较简单，基本上调教好便可。当然若把 TT 搬动过，不论软、硬盘都需重新调教。

其实只要调教得宜，不论软或硬盘都非常 musical 及 hi-fi (IMHO, high fidelity 指的是自然、真确的声音。就如坐在音乐厅中听演出，应该听到的弱音便应听到，应听不到的便应听不到)，分析力也绝对不差于同价位的数码器材，而且最重要的就是耐听。可整天坐下来慢慢细味每一曲、每张 LP而不会感觉刺耳。At the end of the day, we are enjoying music, not merely listening.

May I know what is the differences between older and new LINN LP12? Is the new Sondek LP12 a good buy? Do we usually include all the upgrade listed in the website? Huge improvement?

Or the older LP12 is better?

Improvement can be found on the new version with the upgrade on power supply.

That said, I will not recommended LP12 to new comer as the turntable, though not bad at all, requires careful and repeated adjustment / tuning to make it performs in tip top condition. The classic outlook of the turntable is also subject to individual taste. For me, it just looks too traditional and lacks the ability to expand, ie cannot have more than one tone arm on it
