Paul兄之前用的应該是生鐵鑊, 高手用的.
黑金剛是熟鐵搪瓷鑊, 唔駛開鑊, 唔駛抹油的.
好鑊氣,但我唔慣隻鑊油lum lum放過夜,怕引曬d小強尼。
Paul 兄都有用過! 等我用耐d睇下是否阿蘇話齋用10年8年先....
試下去d屋村街市雜貨舖,可能仲有dN年前的膠鑊"耳"。
用完,記住學吳剛搽油,我以前都有一隻,但最後生銹,掉左。
