Also, was Hadid only the conceptural architect with prelim design document...then construction documentation / detail design done by a local firm?

To be fair the concrete form is really complex...but having said that, the formworker and concretor should be able to do a better job...

not sure how much involvement zaha has, AP is AGC. I am no longer in this industry so can't say more.

I keep questioning myself how on Earth are they going to clean the facade.....
