Very true observation. Actually the 0.95 is will give you the shallow DOF of noct while give you the sharpness of 50 Lux ASPH wide open or stopped down. If one don't mind the weight, the 0.95 is a good one for all lens. The only limitation compare to 50 lux ASPH is the 0.7 close focus distant.
Of course, the rendering, low contrast, high saturation, dark corners of the F1 Noct is very special and hava signature of its own. Very moody pics!
The 1.35x one doesn't seem as bright as the Leica 1.25.. also it have some distortion too! 1.45 is even better but way too big and for people wear glasses is not so friendly.

The optical quality of Leica 1.25 and 1.4 is better IMO. It is important for a lens, or a view, without distortion... which usually mean low quality optics.
