Thank you very much for purchasing the Techart adapter and sorry for all the waiting.
However, we were just informed by the factory that we are no longer allowed to supply the Techart PRO adapter to Hong Kong (or any orders with a Hong Kong shipping address). This is due to a new agreement made between the factory with a new Hong Kong distributor of such product. In this regard, we have no ways but to cancel your order and refund the payment immediately. We are extremely sorry for this from happening and understand your frustration and disappointment. But this is the best thing we could do right now although we are not contended with this arrangement. If you are still interested in this adapter, you may consider purchasing via Taobao stores.
Sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused and I hope we can do business again in the coming future. Refund arrangement will be made in the next couple of hours and please let us know if you do NOT receive it by tomorrow.
Again, please accept our sincere apology.
