见有师兄忠情 Linn LP12, 加上早几日有个朋友又被导入黑胶的黑洞，入手 Micro Seiki 1500 气吸盘，想看看这里有没有师兄也喜欢 Micro Seiki

Is RX 5000 a lot better than RX 3000 in your experience? Have been checking some 8000 but they are way too expensive for me...

IMHO, RX5000 deserves every extra penny you paid.

The 8000 is also my dream TT. However it is not only rare in the market but also its price tag is way too high nowadays.

This is where I got my RX-3000. It is a shop call HK68.

They mentioned to me RX-3000 can be as good as RX-5000 just different favour... when I enquire about upgrading... they said either keep RX-3000 or go RX-8000

HK68 again ! A friend of mine just acquired a 1500 from the same shop last week. I guess it is becoming a red hot source for Micro Seiki in HK.

Regarding the 3000 and 5000, just consider the difference in weight of the TTs, in particular the base, will give you a good idea on how difference their performance will be: the heavier the more stable; hence the better. That said, the 8000 will, of course, be in another level

True!! I am checking their 8000 mark 1.... very expensive.. and worry a little about maintenance as well.

May be should upgrade to 5000 first..  I always find the RX-3000 a little light weight and will vibrate a little easily.. may be my rack is too cheap...
